With TargetTime, you can start a timer that does not specify a time period but a target time. The app always displays the time difference at the target time.
The Today Widget gives you quick access to the app and you can see the remaining or the past time at the target time.
On the Apple Watch you can fully use the timer and see directly the time difference via Complications.
